My name is Paul Valdez and I am a California licensed Realtor associated with Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real Estate, a locally owned company that has provided the finest real estate services to home buyers and sellers in our region. I was born and raised in Roseville, California where I currently live with my wife Tiffany and my four children Alexandria, Ashley, Andres and Isla.
