Cheryl Muzinich joined Sun City Lincoln Hills in 2001 as the Sales & Marketing Support Supervisor eventually managing the broker referral program and taking on web design and other duties with her various strengths and interests. This lead to her promotion to sales at the new Del Webb project in Reno, so she relocated in 2004 to Nevada continuing a successful career with not only record sales figures, but placing number one in customer satisfaction time and again. When the market declined, she returned to her original career path of Human Resources with a large commercial construction firm in Reno, but after two years and laying off nearly half their staff, her position was eliminated. Cheryl then returned to real estate in the field of Property Management with the broker she’d associated with while selling at Del Webb. Since that time, she has established herself as a Nevada Broker and licensed Property Manager with continuing experience in California Property Management for over a decade with her ongoing California real estate license. She returned to Northern California to offer her property management expertise to Sacramento and Placer County investment buyers with the successful group of agents and brokers at Coldwell Banker with whom she’d already forged successful business relationships and friendships.
