Cory Tapia was born and raised in Roseville, and is a third generation Roseville resident. He and his high school sweetheart, Crystal, have three beautiful children, Zachary, Alexa and Maya. Cory began working for the City of Roseville’s Parks & Recreation Department in 1986, while a student at Roseville High School. He worked for the City of Roseville in some capacity for nearly ten years, and later served a term as a Parks and Recreation Commissioner. In 1995, Cory began working in sales and marketing for Del Webb, working at both Sun City Roseville and Sun City Lincoln Hills, as well as Del Webb’s Clover Springs in Sonoma County. In 2003, Cory and his family moved with Del Webb/Pulte Homes to Southern California, most recently in San Diego County. Cory and family returned to Roseville in 2007 to continue his real estate career, after a total of twelve years in the new home building industry.
Cory has always been active in his community, and has often taken the lead on projects with non-profit organizations, including the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Home Aid, the Ronald McDonald House, March of Dimes and the local Tommy Apostolos Fund. Cory began volunteering as his son’s soccer and baseball coach when Zach was just 4 years old; Zach is now in college on a football scholarship. Roseville is a great place to live and raise a family; if you’re looking for an agent who will dedicate himself to finding you the right home and knows the area, Cory’s your man. |
