I grew up in Pleasant Hill, California.  In 1979 I moved to Auburn,, Ca. where I started my Real Estate career working for Lake of the Pines Sales.  I had a great career for 16 years .  In 1999 I moved to Placer County and was fortunate to be able to work for Del Webb selling new homes in Sun City Lincoln Hills.

Since the beginning of my career I have been able to work with a great partner, Tara Pinder who shares my professional work habits.  We  sold  together in Sun City selling close to a 1000 homes after 8 years, closing out the community.    Del Webb/Pulte then moved us to another Del Webb communty..   After much consideration we decided to leave and join the Coldwell Sun Ridge Team.

Tara and I have combined 46 years of experience and knowledge which has best served our clients.  We have the reputation of be hardworking, great negotiators, honest , trustworthy and always providing exceptional service.    We strive to be the best we can be in helping our clients acheive their goal of owing or selling their homes.
