the transaction side of the real estate industry. He began working as a real estate agent
in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in 2004 and eventually founded a multi-national mortgage
company in 2005. His expertise within the global real estate market on the mortgage
side of transactions and as a business owner, has prepared him with impressive cross-
cultural communication skills, superior networking abilities, leadership, and a tenacious
work ethic.
James, his wife and their two Boston Terriers reside in Sun City Roseville. Prior to his
career in the mortgage and real estate industries, James worked in the Information
Technology field for nearly 25 years, 11 of which he served at a local communications
organization. He prides himself on his attentive approach to clients that he has
perfected throughout his professional experiences. He understands the varied needs of
his clients and how to best serve them.
