About Ann Renyer

Ann is a “Life Member” of the Placer County Master’s Club, a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and a consistent winner of the Sacramento Five Star Real Estate Agent award since 2012 (this award represents less than 1% of agents in the area for providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction).

Ann and her husband, Michael, who is also a Realtor, moved to Lincoln Hills in February of 2003 from Roseville. They have lived and sold real estate in this area for the past 40 years.

Before their real estate professions, they came from a teaching and customer care background. The “Renyer Team” has a vast range of experience helping people make the right choice when it comes to selling or buying real estate.
