continually earned Top Producer awards for sales volume and outstanding customer
service throughout her real estate career. She also holds the professional designations
of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN),
Certified New Home Sale Professional (CSP) and Accredited Staging Professional
Realtor (ASP). Since 1997 Barbara has specialized in sales of Active Adult Living
community homes and spent 5 years working for Del Webb Corporation / Pulte Homes.
While working for Del Webb/Pulte Homes, Barbara was a consistent multi mullion dollar
producer and member of the prestigious President's Club, an honor bestowed to less
than 5% of all Del Webb / Pulte Homes sales agents in the entire country.
Barbara spent 12 years working as a Broker Associate with McBride Realty, the #1
Sales office in the Active Adult Community of Oakmont, located in the beautiful Valley of
the Moon in Sonoma County. Barbara has now joined Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real
Estate, the #1 sales office for the community of Sun City Lincoln Hills.
