With deep roots in real estate and a refined understanding of home, lifestyle, and
community, I bring decades of experience, local insight, and thoughtful representation to
every client relationship. My connection to the industry began early through my parents,
who were Realtors in the Bay Area. Their work gave me a lasting appreciation for the
trust, timing, and personal significance involved in every real estate decision.
In 1996, my parents chose the beautiful Sun City Roseville active-adult community as
their retirement paradise. Attending sales events, touring model homes, and
experiencing the new-home process alongside them sparked my own passion for real
estate and the art of helping clients envision the life a home can offer. Since 1998, I
have built extensive experience winning awards selling new homes and managing new
home communities throughout Roseville, Folsom, Sacramento, and Natomas. In 2006, I
expanded into residential resale, where I continue to guide buyers and sellers with
discretion, clarity, and care.

Elevated Service, Thoughtful Guidance
Whether you are preparing to sell a cherished residence, searching for a distinctive
property, exploring new construction, or transitioning into an active-adult community, my
approach is grounded in attentive service, clear communication, and a polished client
experience from start to finish. Beyond real estate, I enjoy volunteering and contributing
to the community I am proud to call home.
