Mark joined Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real Estate in Lincoln Hills as a broker
associate in 2025.
Licensed for almost 40 years, Mark initially started in residential real estate, transitioned
to commercial and recently refocused back to residential after moving to Sun City
Lincoln Hills with his wife Cindy.
Mark is a native of Northern California. He started working at an early age in his father's
store King Norman’s Kingdom of Toys were he learned customer service and how to run
a family owned business. Shortly after turning 18, he was the manager of the San Jose
Eastridge store and helping dad with opening new stores. King Norman’s Kingdom of
Toys was sold in the 1980s, Mark changed careers leading him to residential real
estate.
Mark enjoys collaborating with people and helping them achieve their goals. He loves
to entertain, drink fine wine, barbeque, and spend time with family and friends. Mark
and Cindy have a married daughter and three grandchildren and enjoy their Vizsla dog.
