As a kid, Paul assisted his innovative architect father remodel homes, survey and draft plans; and he developed inspection skills and a fascination to enhance practicality and benefit.  After 30 years of moving around California as a Licensed Civil Engineer in construction and real estate investing, and moonlighting in Physical Therapy, Paul is now raising a family in Placer county and preparing for retirement, so he understands the needs of different owners, and possibilities of different properties.
