Susan Hanusek was born and raised in Yuba City, CA subsequently moving to Sacramento after leaving the U.S. Air Force.

Susan obtained her Master in Social Work degree from California State University, Sacramento and her
outstanding skills in communication and research are attributes in simplifying the buying and selling of real estate. Her enthusiasm and commitment to honesty and integrity are skills that will be seen in all of her interactions in real estate and she will use every technological means accessible to help make your home buying or selling process an enjoyable one.

She is and has always been a strong believer in excellent customer service and going that “extra mile” to meet any and all of your real estate needs.

In 2020 she moved to Sun City Lincoln Hills after hearing from friends what a wonderful place it is to live. Her free time is filled with visiting with her family and friends, walking the wonderful trails found in Sun City and exploring the extensive social activities available here in Sun City Lincoln Hills.
